Ford employees have responded to the FECP computer program in overwhelming numbers. The sheer quantity of orders has caused a few glitches in both technical support and delivery. There have been changes made in these areas to try and alleviate some of the problems. These changes include sub-contracting other sources for on-site repair, adding additional staff, and contracting with other parcel delivery companies.
