Time passes so quickly it's hard to believe it's almost Christmas. This will be our 10th

annual Christmas Giving Tree celebration and we wanted you to be aware of the dates

and time schedules we'll be utilizing.

CHRISTMAS GIVING TREE KICK - OFF

The week of MONDAY,NOVEMBER 13,2000

Please join us to " PICK A BULB " and be sure to register the

bulb with the corresponding county. On your bulb will have as short

description of the child's age, boy or girl, clothing size and or toys.

Each color tag represents one of the five counties participating in this joint

effort project. The five counties includes: Lenawee, Washtenaw, Jackson,

Monroe, and Wayne.

We are requesting the gifts be returned by Monday, November 27,2000-

December 1,2000.All gifts should be returned to the conference room "D"

three doors from medical.

The finale will be held in the large cafeteria on Tuesday, December 5,2000

at 11:00 a.m. as the counties join us to receive the many gifts from you, the

employees.

#1&2 shift 5:30a.m. -1:30 p.m. Large Cafeteria

#3 shift 6:30 p.m. -9:30 p.m. Large Cafeteria

We hope you'll take the time to be a part of this years Christmas Giving Tree

to experience the hard work and fun along with the gratification of knowing

that you made Christmas a reality for a child.
