UAW President Stephen P. Yokich today announced that the UAW boycott against the Detroit Free Press and Detroit News will continue until the Union's International Executive Board takes action on the boycott at its quarterly meeting in February 2001.
"The decision to boycott the Detroit Free Press and Detroit News was made by the UAW International Executive Board, and the Board will decide whether to continue or end that boycott."
