Seniority will be exercised by groups and then seniority within the group. Group "A" being the highest seniority group. Saline currently has 469 Ford production workers that will be placed
in (Group A). At the Unions request the Visteon temporary employees that may be displaced by Ford loaned employees will have preferential treatment for rehiring back to the Saline location. In addition, they will be on a list for preferential hiring at UAW-ACH and Ford locations via an ACH-wide list.
