Chairman's Report
Pete Graham

The Saline Plant has been doing well even in these tough economic times. We are getting ready to start the launch for the P-221 full content work that was awarded to us this summer. This will begin the end of August and continue to ramp up with both shifts in operation for a “Job 1” build date set for early December of this year. We are looking forward to having as successful of a launch as the Saline Plant has delivered in the past.

The Competitive Operating Agreements (COA) are continuing to roll out across the plant. As with any type of change there are always some snags but we have addressed them one by one. Making these COA changes help us to be more viable for selling our plant, and securing our future.

We had 68 production and 6 skilled people take the incentive packages (buyouts) that took place August 1st, we are still hearing that there will be more packages offered in November.

We have a new International Servicing Rep, his name is Frank Digiorgio. Bill Eaddy has been assigned to take care of the High Velocity Centers (parts depots). I would like to thank Bill for everything he did for us and wish him well with his new assignment.

The Anniversary Breakfasts have started back up again; we had 17 members with 25yrs or more at our last one. You will be contacted when your date is, if you are eligible.

As always if you have any questions/concerns please let me know.

In Solidarity,
Pete Graham
