During the course of 2003 National Negotiations, it was agreed to allow Ford hourly employees working at Visteon facilities the opportunity to transfer to Ford facilities when an opening occurs, after exhausting the Preferential Placement Procedures.

Any contractual or constitutional issues, should be made through
the appropriate channels in the Local Union.
